We Consign Furniture & More!


How do I consign my furniture?

For large items we ask that you e-mail us pictures or bring the pictures by the shop so we are able to get a sense of the style & condition of the items you wish to consign: finderskeepersredding@gmail.com. If your items are smaller and easy to bring in for on-site evaluation, feel free to bring them by.
 

What kind of condition do my items need to be in?

Consignments must be clean and functional upon arrival. We only accept items from smoke free environments. If your furniture is upholstered, it must be free of stains and pet odors & dander.
 

What sells well?

Newer pieces and mid-century pieces sell best. Items from Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Pier One, Ethan Allen, just to name a few. Our vintage and antique pieces sell well also and add interesting elements to decorating. Import styles and neutral colors and clean lines always sell quickly too.
 


What doesn’t sell well?

Entertainment centers, armoires, oak furniture, pastel florals, figurines, and china.
 

How are items priced?

Experience in the market place and fair market value helps us determine the price. What the piece went for new or any historical information you can provide is also helpful.
 

How much are your consignment fees?

We do a 50% split to our consigners. We do not charge any additional fees, as some consignment stores do.
 

When do I get paid?

The consignees’ portion is ready for pick up on the 15th day of the month following the month in which the merchandise is sold.
